In 2015, Megawide subsidiary MWM Terminals, Inc. won the 35-year contract to construct and operate the PITX.

Dubbed as the country’s first landport, PITX is a 4.59-hectare terminal that will also be a home to four office towers and a mix of travel and traditional retail.
