We believe the article contains many inaccuracies with an often malicious undertone which we feel Megawide Construction Corporation (Megawide) as a publicly listed company must respond to. While we respect Mr. Banal’s right to express his opinion, we nevertheless disagree on most of the points he has made, and wish to correct many of the inaccurate statements that he has made in the article which he passes of as fact.
